Shipping Policy

We ship all SereneTailsâ„¢ orders from Australia using Australia Post. All prices are displayed in Australian dollars.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping — Australia

Standard shipping is available to all Australian states and territories. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Remote and rural areas may require additional transit time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au using this number.

Subscription Orders

Subscription refills are dispatched automatically on your chosen delivery schedule. You will receive a notification before each order is processed. Shipping for subscription orders is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. SereneTailsâ„¢ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@serenetails.co and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@serenetails.co with your order number. We will liaise with Australia Post on your behalf to locate your parcel.
