SereneTails™ is an Australian pet wellness brand offering veterinary-inspired calming diffusers for dogs and cats. Our products are designed to support a calmer home environment and are not a substitute for veterinary care.

Placing an Order

By completing a purchase on serenetails.co you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you have provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Product Use and Disclaimer

SereneTails™ products are designed to support calm behaviour in pets through continuous environmental use. Results vary between individual animals. Our products are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

If your pet is experiencing significant behavioural issues or distress, we recommend consulting a veterinarian. SereneTails™ accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from use of our products.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are processed automatically on your chosen delivery schedule. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next order processes by logging in to your account or contacting us at support@serenetails.co. We are unable to refund subscription orders that have already been dispatched.

Intellectual Property

All content on serenetails.co including text, images, branding, and product designs is the property of SereneTails™ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, SereneTails™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
