SereneTailsâ„¢ subscriptions are designed to be flexible. You are never locked in.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. To do so, log in to your account at serenetails.co or contact us at support@serenetails.co and we will take care of it for you.
When to Cancel
To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel before your next scheduled order date. You can find your next order date in your account portal.
Orders Already Processed
If your subscription order has already been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel or refund that order. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further information.
Pausing Your Subscription
If you need a break, you can pause your subscription rather than cancelling. Log in to your account or contact us at support@serenetails.co to arrange this.
